The project involved research, rationalisation and concept development of a symbol required for London's new Cycle Superhighways, implemented by TfL and sposored by Barlays. Launched alongside the Barclays Cycle hire scheme, the symbol needed to be distinct and inspiring but also work alongside existing schemes and comply to signage standards set by the Department for Transport. The identity was implemented across high and low level signage, road markings and other street furnishings.
